Welcome to Vietnam! The land of unique culture and stunning natural view. Upon your arrival Ho Chi Minh (Ho Chi Minh City, formerly named and still also referred to as Saigon), local tour guide will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel by private car. Check in hotel and relax to refresh from the long international fly. In the evening, enjoy a spectacular dinner at a typical restaurant which will give you the first impression of Saigon by yourself.

Enjoy a half day tour to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels in the morning. The Cu Chi tunnel was built during the war time by the Vietnamese for fighting with enemies, but nowadays it has become an interesting and fun place for tourists. Your kids will have fun in discover the complicated tunnel system in the forest.
Afternoon, we visit Reunification Palace formerly known as Independence Palace, built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, is a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City. Continue to visit City Hall, Ho Chi Minh Monument and Central Post Office which was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the early 20th century. Right nearby, you can see Notre Dame Cathedral, a magnificent building located in the heart of the city and was established by French colonists. This cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880. It has two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters (190 feet).

Travel to Vinh Long, a province located in the Mekong River Delta of southern Vietnam. Upon arrival, take a boat trip to explore the colorful Cai Be floating market, where you can observe all of busy trading activities of local traders with several kinds of agricultural product from one boat to another. Then cruise to a local factory to visit and learn how pop rice, pop corn, rice paper and coconut candies are made. You also have an opportunity to taste these products served with hot green tea. Returning to the boat for an excursion to Dong Hoa Hiep Island and discover the beautiful and peaceful scenery together with the typical life of the region along the Mekong River. After lunch in local restaurant, enjoy a stroll along the narrow canals before driving back Saigon. Stay overnight in Saigon.

Morning is free at your leisure until time transfer to airport to take a short flight to Nha Trang. On arrival, pick up and transfer to hotel and free for beach relaxation. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Free at leisure to enjoy the beautiful beach, sunshine and fun activities on the beach or go to the Vinpearl Amusement Park in the Vinpearl Land – in Vietnam we call it “ Disneyland of the Pearl island”.

More day at leisure for your own Nha Trang discovery or take an option go to the Thap Ba hot springs to enjoy a soak in the therapeutic mud and a relaxing massage.

Enjoy relaxing time in the morning until pick up and transfer to airport for onward flight to Hanoi. On arrival, pick up and transfer to city center for check in hotel. In the afternoon, take a half day city tour to enjoy the historic places in the capital of Vietnam and a cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter.

After breakfast, the driver will pick you up and depart for Halong city,  Halong translates as ‘where the dragon descends into the sea’, and legend claims the islands of Halong Bay were created by a great dragon from the mountains. As it charged towards the coast, its flailing tail gouged out valleys and crevasses. When it finally plunged into the sea, the area filled with water, leaving only the pinnacles visible. Stay overnight in Halong.

After disembarking, transfer to the Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Luang Prabang. Luang Prabang has been claimed by the UNESCO to be ‘the best preserved city in South East Asia’. During our time here, we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai, we then climb up to the top of mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. From there, we explore the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textile made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

After breakfast, take a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. We then embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside as well as explore the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine. On return, we take a short drive to Ban Phanom, a small village known for its hand weaving. Wake up early to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (ubiquitous sticky rice) from the faithful residents. This tradition is very unique in Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving the procession. Then continue to visit the morning Phosi Market, where you will see such diverse offerings as dried buffalo skin, local tea and saltpeter among the chickens, vegetables and hill-tribe weaving. Laos is also known for its traditional crafts, and today you will visit a local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, Hmong Village, then drive to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the turqoise pools or walk along the forest trails. We return to the city to observe the sunset at Wat Siphouthabath. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

After breakfast, you have free time to explore the town and stroll around the shopping area until time transfer to airport for a departure flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check in and then take a short city tour to visit Prasat Kravan with its unique brick sculptures and Ta Prohm. One of the area’s most beautiful temples, Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Its appeal lies in the fact that, unlike the other monuments of Angkor, it was abandoned and swallowed by the jungle, looking very much the ways most of the Angkor temples appeared when European explorers first stumbled upon them and the mountain-temple of Pre Rup until sunset. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

In the morning, visit the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Afternoon, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat’s five towers symbolize Meru’s five peaks – the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. Sunset at Angkor Wat. Morning visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, the “Great Lake”of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia. Transfer to Siem Reap International Airport for departure flight home.
