In the early morning, our guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in Siem Reap. Please give us your hotel name with address and be ready at your hotel at 7:00 A.M. to wait for our shuttle service. You will be transferred by motor coach from Siem Reap to Kampong Cham and embark on the RV Mekong Princess for lunch. Once aboard, a safety briefing as soon as you embarked will take place in the Ramvong Lounge. After enjoying a cruising afternoon at leisure, enjoy a Cambodian Welcome Dinner on board.

Visit the charming town of Angkor Ban to experience the daily life of locals, including a visit to the pagoda with a blessing ceremony, a local family’s home, and a local school. Then, take an exciting cyclo city tour of Phnom Penh, visiting the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and National Museum to see artifacts excavated from the Angkor Archeological Area and the former Khmer Empire.

Boat to Hoa An village to see flower gardens and a local house, followed by a motor trishaw ride to a conical hat-making village and walk through peaceful rice fields. In the afternoon, the ship sails to Can Tho city for a short city tour and free time to explore before dinner onboard.

There will also be a lecture on Vietnam’s past and present by a local Vietnamese host onboard.

Embark on an exciting sampans cruise through the bustling Cai Rang floating market and visit a local noodle factory before the ship sets sail on a downstream journey through the picturesque Mekong Delta. Take in the lush greenery, mangrove forests, and charming villages before arriving in Ben Tre province, where the ship will dock overnight. In the evening, learn about local fruits and their culinary uses with a fruit carvings & tropical fruits demonstration by the executive chef onboard.

This morning, sampans take you through a channel lined with mangroves. Hop on the popular local transportation “xe lam” (three-wheeler) to visit a local coconut candy maker. After watching the candy-making process, visit an orchard of native fruits. After a fresh fruit tasting, move to a pier where you board small boats for a trip through the narrow creeks lined with Nipah palm before returning to the ship.

Sail through the ‘Mighty Mekong River’ to Cho Gao canal, Vam Co river, Nuoc Man canal, Soai Rap river and Saigon river.

The ship docks overnight at Saigon Port.
